Work Hours:

  • Monday - Thursday 7 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Wednesday - Saturday 7 AM - 5:30 PM

Location: Riverside, CA

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for supporting the Sales Team by providing product and service information to customers quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

  • Bi-lingual Spanish
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • AA Degree
  • AS 400
  • Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
