Job Title: Customer Service & Inside Sales
Location: Temecula, CA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4.30pm
Duration: Temp to Hire
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Inside Sales & Customer Service Rep will sell to and assist customers in the selection of products and services through new sales, account analysis, order processing, quote creation, and accurately maintaining current customer information.
- Understand and employ appropriate sales techniques to increase sales, including “cold” calling.
- Accurately process sales orders, create quotes, confirm orders & freight estimates.
- May travel off-site to attend trade shows and exhibitions.
- Conduct phone and email surveys for Sales and Marketing, record in CRM and MRP system.
- Issue RMA numbers from Technical Department, follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
Requirements of This Position
- AA or higher in Business or Sales and Marketing preferred.
- Industry or related Sales / Customer Service / Account Management experience and a High School Diploma may be a substitute for a College degree.
- 1 to 3 years’ experience and familiarity with the MS Office Suite
