Administrative Assistant needed for a busy office in Egg Harbor City, NJ
Ideal candidate will have experience with providing high-level administrative support to executive management. Handling phone calls, information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings and all duties as assigned. Must be able to work in a fast paced, high demand environment. Excellent in Microsoft Office Suite.
Full time, Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
Pay Rate: $17-$18 hourly
