Patient Services Representative / Call Center

We are looking for people that have 1-2 years of Patient Services Representatives/Call Center experience to provide outstanding customer service to the patient and authorize third parties, also maintaining a high standard in resolving problems and leaving the patient with the understanding of their bill when the contact ends. Clients Services is responsible for fulfilling all requests for our vendors and clients in order to complete a project that was assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer concerns and successfully transfer payment calls to Client Services representative
  • Solve patient inquiries by phone regarding past due medical accounts (inbound/outbound calls from voice mails)
  • Access healthcare providers Patients Accounting system and document imaging system to research and retrieve media
  • Compose letters, send out monthly statements to patients stating balance due

Skills and Abilities:

  • Associate degree OR equivalent, one to two years related experiences
  • One year of medical terminology or equivalent experience preferred
  • Attention to details and accuracy
  • Excellent customer service skills required
