We need several excellent customer service professionals to answer our busy phone lines. These are day-time business hour positions at our office in Spokane, WA.
We are looking for people who enjoy talking on the phone with customers and are genuinely interested in helping our customers get the most out of their relationship with Manhattan Life. The ideal candidates will have:
• Inbound customer service experience, preferably in an insurance or financial setting.
• We look for professionals who project a clear, confident and friendly voice on the phone understanding that our customers are reaching out to get an answer or request service at an important time in their lives.
• Call center experience is a plus
• Bilingual is a plus as we have many customers who prefer to speak Spanish.
