Westside Manhattan Union is seeking a Customer Service Rep. This is for a temp to perm hire.
· Phone communication with clients and customers
· Email communication and troubleshooting with clients and customers
· Detailed follow ups with clients, maintenance of customer files, database management
· Administrative duties as assigned
· Good attitude and an upbeat personality
· Bilingual Spanish preferred
· Must be well-spoken and have a confident phone presence
· Experience with a call center environment
· High School Diploma (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Call Center experience, Health Care, Employee Benefits and/or Customer Service experience are strongly preferred.
This position runs Monday-Friday from (7 hour shift between the hours of 8:30am to 6pm and will pay $16/HR as temp and will pay $41,000 when the position goes permanent.
