Full Job Description

Manhattan Mental Health and Neurology Research Practice is looking for someone who is experienced, professional, friendly, motivated, and hard working. Prior industry drug clinical research trials experience is required.

Do not apply if you have never worked in clinical research in the pharmaceutical industry or at a clinical research site in industry sponsored trials. If you are planning to apply to graduate school DO NOT APPLY.

Qualified applicants will:

• Be organized and exhibit high attention to detail.

• Be able to multi-task

• Have a professional, friendly demeanor as you will be working closely with patients and their families.

• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree

• Able to function independently and work flexible hours

Daily Duties Include and are not limited to:

• Coordinating patient care

• Scheduling patients for study visits; providing instructions/reminders,

conducting follow-up phone calls, discussing study procedures

• Assisting physicians with completing study visit procedures

• Ensuring adherence to individual study protocols

• Completion and review of patient charts/Case Report Forms for completeness and accuracy, and working to resolve inconsistencies/errors

• Entering study data into electronic Case Report Form

• Perform initial telephone screenings of potential study patients

• Maintain study-related logs and reports

About the research team: We are dedicated to patient care, we are friendly and supportive and we are looking for a true team player who's long term goals are to be a site director or work in the pharmaceutical industry.

Candidates with clinical research experience, phlebotomy certification, IATA, GCP, HIPAA training will be given preference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
