Mancan Staffing is recruiting for a Lodi, Ohio Company that is growing and is adding a Customer Service Rep.
· Process customer orders, changes, returns, issues, etc. into ERP system according to department procedures.
· Respond to open order requests, issues, and other inquiries brought upon from customers with timely and accurate information, and in a professional manner.
· Communicate any customer needs or matters cross-functionally, e.g. finance department on payment terms, engineering department, purchasing, etc.
· Schedule customer shipments timely and accurately, and process documents so shipments are sent out accurately and on-time.
· Manage customer forecasts and special requests properly.
· Partners with sales team and other departments to exceed customer’s expectations.
· Other duties and projects as assigned.
· 3-5 years Customer Service experience in an industrial environment
· Sufficient problem-solving and task/time management skills
· Communicates in a professional and customer-driven manner
· Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Office and telephone communication
Pay range would be $18-24/hour ($24/hour would be considerate for someone with 5+ years with a manufacturing background)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p
