We are currently looking for a Customer Service Rep/Admin Assistant for a busy pest control office.
This position is a primary point of contact and interaction with existing and prospective customers. The Customer Service Rep/Admin Assistant is responsible for helping to manage the overall customer experience for existing customers in defined territories and markets and communication on a variety of topics including but not limited to order clarification, general questions, special requests, implementation and expansion of services, pricing, supply chain and other areas that impact the customer. The right candidate will be a quick learner and able to work in a fast paced environment. This position is 40 hours a week.
Must excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have good computer skills
Must have reliable transportation
Must have previous customer service and administrative skills
Must be to pass back ground check
