Growing, innovative telecommunications company with an established brand in Sacramento seeks Customer Service Representative who is savvy and/or interested growing in their profession and with this company.

Responsibilities:

  • Study and obtain a working knowledge of all products, manuals and FAQ’s
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Follow-up with customers to make sure that all customer needs are met and understood
  • Confer with other supervisory or managerial personnel and recommend changes in order to avoid recurring customer complaints

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer support via phone and email
  • Desire and ability to study and obtain a working knowledge of all products and manuals
  • Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks and work in an organized and self-supervised manner
  • Familiar with MS Office system, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Desire for customer satisfaction
  • Problem solving skills
