As a Customer Service and Support Representative, you will act as the key liaison between the customer's needs and the technology services we provide. In this function you will support customers through their telecommunications products that revolutionize the way our customers interact with even greater speed.
On top of your day-to-day duties, you will be responsible for a few key things:
- Assisting new customers while they set up their new accounts and determining eligibility for products and services
- Performing system configuration & verification, account activation and customer orientation
- Guiding customers through integration and installation of services
- Providing in-depth assistance to customers with questions
