Job Description
SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking a Real Estate Project Manager for our client in the Greater Grand Rapids Area. This position is in charge of overseeing all pre-construction operations for the new site acquisitions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works with the team to develop project budgets for each purchase that are used in financial projections.
- Assist and actively aids other teams with real estate difficulties.
- Ability to analyze civil engineering drawings for industry and company compliance.
- On behalf of the project team, attends and represents the company at municipal meetings.
- Will be tracking and managing documents for approval, authorizations to close, reports, and checklists.
- Contribute technical knowledge in the negotiation of legal agreements for the acquisition of real estate.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years experience in the construction industry.
- Experience and knowledge in Civil Engineering work and design.
- Excellent written and communication skills are a must.
- Travel is required both within and outside the local area. Valid driver’s license required.
