We are seeking a Call Center/In-bound Sales Representative willing to follow the direction of the Practice Manager to effectively field calls and work within a structured framework provided to you to answer and help men dealing with low testosterone and erectile dysfunction, a growing and important condition in modern men’s lives.
We provide training and guidance to make sure you feel comfortable doing your job effectively. We are not a call center who wants you to read from a book of answers. We want you to talk and get to know the person on the other end so they feel comfortable and excited - after 5 years and thousands of calls you can listen and hear what we do before you even start! You will know whether you feel confident enough to succeed before you start.
Your manager will drive you to better performance to earn commission for performance that sometimes equals as much or more of your hourly base, and we will take personal responsibility to improve your call quality and conversions. We expect you to have a vibrant personality and to get the most out of each interaction and the best out of every opportunity, but with the support to make sure if you aren’t, we guide you in the right direction. We are looking for someone who is proactive and observant, not a passive participant in the call.
Call Center/In-bound Sales Rep Responsibilities:
- Following the training, coaching, and leading of the Practice Manager as they provide support for your customer interactions.
- Participation in team meetings, asking questions to better understand your role, and expressing what education and coaching you need regarding processes and practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Bilingual strongly preferred
