What we need


At MakeStickers and MakeSigns, we are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative who can help us continue to provide the exceptional customer service we have become known for - check out our reviews! You will get to process orders, work with our wonderful customers, and come up with the best resolution for any issues that may arise. To do well in this role, you will need to be computer-savvy and be able to maintain a very helpful and friendly tone regardless of the situation. Our customers have multiple channels of communication they can use to reach out to us, so you will need to be able to balance phone calls, online chats, and emails while also assisting other departments to make sure orders are shipped on time.


  • Answer phone calls for our customers who would prefer direct contact with a real person
  • Help our customers through a live chat directly from our website
  • Respond to emails that come in about existing orders, orders that are going to be placed, and general questions about our products
  • Reach out to our customers when we have questions about their order or their designs
  • Work with our Prepress Department to communicate specific needs or requests that our customers have and to get clarification on designs and files
  • Communicate with our Production Department about orders that need changes
  • Help come up with solutions that our customers are happy with when there are any issues with their order
  • Review and process any orders that need special attention for various reasons that could keep us from being able to ship the order
  • Process payments through credit cards, Paypal, and purchase orders, and work with our Accounting Department for any payment questions
  • Coordinate with our Marketing Department for any deals or promotions that are running
  • Provide feedback to our IT Department for our website and internal applications

The right candidate will 

  • Have 2+ years of customer service
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Type at least 45 wpm
  • Be computer-savvy
  • Have a growth mindset
  • Possess a do it before it needs to be done attitude
  • Emphasize teamwork
  • Show empathy for customers and coworkers
