• 1st Shift: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

What a typical day as an HR Manager might look like:

• Ensuring team members follow all policies and procedures
• Upholding any policies and procedures that concern a team member's and the overall company's safety and security in the work place
• Assessing reports provided by the HR team, team leaders and operations managers to determine team members performance and training needs
• OSHA 300 record keeping and reporting, monthly and yearly
• Suggest changes in policies and procedures based on team members and company needs
• Research compensation standards set by industry and governing bodies in order to create salary structures and administer employee benefits
• Supervising all HR activities, communications, requests and documents created and received by the team

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• HSD, or equivalent education, is required
• 3-5 years' experience working in the human resources field
• OSHA 30 Certification/ Can be certified while in position
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Expert in labor laws set by the governing authorities and organizations
