Currently seeking full-time Maintenance Worker!

Position summary: The Maintenance Worker II performs maintenance and repair work to buildings, grounds and equipment, in order to provide a safe, functional, sanitary and comfortable environment for the residents, employees and the public. Also assists Maintenance Supervisor in meeting environmental care compliance with all federal and state regulations.

Education/Training/Experience: A minimum of three years experience, education and/or training in general maintenance and repair work, providing a basic knowledge of carpentry, masonry, electrical work, plumbing, painting, grounds keeping, and custodial functions. Experience in a nursing home environment helpful. Must possess and maintain a current and valid State of Maine driver's license.
