Maine Eye Center is looking for a dynamic, professional Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Administrative Team.

The right candidate will:

  • Be highly organized,
  • have excellent time management skills,
  • have experience handling confidential information,
  • have excellent customer service skills,
  • the ability to exercise judgement,
  • be a great communicator.

Your daily tasks will be varied as you provide support to several team members, from our Executive Committee, Operations, Finance, Billing and Human Resources.

Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum two years administrative experience in health care; experience in a medical office, knowledge of medical terminology and have proficiency with Microsoft Products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Internet Explorer.

Valid driver's license and vehicle required for travel between our two locations (Lowell Street and Marginal Way, both in Portland, Maine)
