MainStreet Family Urgent Care currently operates more than 30 clinics located in Alabama, Georgia, Florida, and North Carolina. We are experiencing rapid growth opening a new clinic every two weeks. The sky's the limit! Come SOAR with us!

  • Our approach has been to re-imagine every step in the process of delivering care, including our approach to Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
  • RCM is a vital part of a profitable medical practice which begins with credentialing providers and ends when the visit has been paid in full
  • All RCM is done in-house and we approach it from a new perspective
    • Our team has an Artificial Intelligence consultant, software developers, system-thinking experts, process gurus, and most importantly fun-loving and driven individuals who are passionate about RCM

To continue our rapid growth, we are looking for a superior team player to support and strengthen the overall RCM cycle. The ideal Revenue Cycle Specialist will have excellent customer service skills and will bring dynamic medical billing and coding experience to the table. If you have experience in Medical Coding, Billing, or Claims Management – that is perfect. We are searching for our next SUPER-STAR to be a part of the MainStreet team - which is AWESOME – every day, in every way.


How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Become a master of the MainStreet RCM process:
    • Learn full-cycle RCM processes from claim submission to back-end denials
    • Process a high volume of claims daily
    • Own claims that are rejected or denied
    • Go into sleuth mode and call an insurance company to discover all their excuses for not paying
    • We got paid! Now what? Get all information into the system efficiently
    • Work with a team of motivated individuals and help with other projects
  • Superior customer service:
    • Answer calls and provide help to customers when they have questions or would like to make a payment
    • Process medical record requests from patients, law offices, or healthcare facilities
    • Effectively communicate with work associates in a team environment
    • Offer solutions while keeping an upbeat, positive attitude - Boom
  • Subject-matter expert:
    • Always keep a lookout for ways to make the process more efficient
    • Forward-thinking mindset about ways to automate processes currently in place
    • Help make things better, faster, and smarter
    • Offer ideas for how to eliminate front-end work to help with downstream effects
    • Detail-oriented mentality and ability to catch errors
  • Schedule, schedule, schedule
    • The schedule will be Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and every 7th weekend - Saturday and Sunday. For the weekend shift, you will be off the Friday before and the Monday after the weekend you work.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-2 years’ experience with RCM system(s) preferred
  • Medical coding knowledge is a plus
  • You are fun and friendly, and people would describe you as optimistic
