We have a new position for a Family Nurse Practitioner with Main Line HealthCare Primary Care Practice in Media, PA
Dr. Mousaw is a board-certified family physician who cares for patients of all ages, including newborns. She believes in a partnership with her patients so that care plans can be tailored to achieve successful outcomes and meet their individual wellness goals.
This is a Full Time, 40 hour/week position - Days shift Mon-Fri
Responsibilities to include:
The role of the CRNP is central to the unit based multidisciplinary team in leading quality and evidence based care initiatives that will result in achieving optimal patient outcomes and improved patient satisfaction. The CRNP extends and expands the role of the physicians, enhances continuity of quality patient care and amplifies communication among all professional care givers, the patient and his/her family members.
Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Family Nurse Practitioner License
Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nurse Examiners as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP)
