Our ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated and hardworking. In this position, you will be trained to work independently as part of a stellar team of motivated, hard working individuals. Sales positions are responsible for selling, delivering and placing beverage products at established accounts throughout a designated route. The position is a full time, salary position, which will be responsible for learning all conventional routes during training. Once a regular route is open, this person will transition to that route, giving them an opportunity to take ownership of their part of Mahaska's business! Training will be provided for all aspects of the position, including obtaining Class A CDL. We will give you the tools necessary to get the job done the Mahaska way.
Candidates must possess the ability to work independently, be financially-driven and dependable as well as have excellent communication skills. Ability to work in outdoors environment and able to lift up to 50 lbs. with ability to maneuver two-wheel cart weighting up to 200 lbs. Must have driver’s license with good driving record and be 21 years of age or older.
All the routes are local, allowing our team to be home every day!
