Magnolia Medical Group is a Denver-based outpatient medication assisted treatment program specializing in treating drug addiction. Our medical group was founded in 2016 by our Medical Director, Dr. Raj Rai, MD (Board Certified in Addiction Medicine.) We are a team of providers using a judgement free, integrated, harm-reduction model of care: Buprenorphine (Suboxone / Sublocade / Subutex) and Naltrexone (Vivitrol) medications used in conjunction with counseling, peer support, and Social Worker Case Manager – gold standards of treatment, tailored to each patient’s individual needs. Our clinic is open daily, evenings and Sundays. Telemedicine and in-person visits are both an integral part of the excellent care we provide our patients.
Position Description:
Magnolia Medical Group is seeking a part-time to full-time Psychiatric NP to join our team! Under the direction of the Medical Director and the COO, the provider will provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment (including medication management,) and care, to a patient population suffering from drug addiction. The successful candidate will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team with physicians and Advanced Practice Practitioners, licensed addiction counselors, and social worker case manager. Candidates with leadership experience in designing and running a behavioral health program are encouraged to apply. The work environment is primarily in-person treatment at our flagship outpatient clinic in Denver and the successful candidate must be willing to travel to other locations and work environments as well as participate in telemedicine.
Required:
1. Required: Nurse Practitioner licensure valid in the state of Colorado.
2. Required: Related specialty designation to psychiatry and/or behavioral health
3. At least 5 years of Behavioral Health work experience required.
Preferred: candidates with experience in:
- Substance Use Disorder Treatment / Addiction Medicine (MAT).
- Leadership experience in designing and running a behavioral health program.
Work days: Monday - Friday – varying hours.
Full Time Benefited position: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO.
Job Type: Full-time preferred, will consider candidates wanting at least 3 days of work per week.
