Who You Are
  • You are able to operate equipment such as a front end loader and forklift
  • You are able to lift 50 lbs
  • Someone who is not scare do get dirty
  • You are comfortable exploring and learning new software and technology.
  • You get energized by creating an exceptional and personal experience for clients, co-workers, and vendors.
  • You are someone who grows where you're planted and leaves it better than you found it.
  • You can visualize how to organize office processes for best efficiency.
  • Someone who is familiar with filing, computer data entry, phone calls other office process

What We Expect
  • Accurately enter data for job costing and other reports
  • Audit timesheets for accuracy
  • Review vendor invoices for accuracy and correct issues
  • Assist with and learn client scheduling
  • Learn and become an expert to fully implement our existing technology
  • Work hard and be willing to learn what you don't know
  • Be comfortable learning to operate a front end loader and loading customer vehicles
  • Learn products and sale landscape supplies to customers

Skills & Experience:

Got to have
  • Be able to safely operate loader and forklift
  • Be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Understands that working independently and teamwork go hand-in-hand
  • Able to represent yourself professionally with your teammates and our clients
  • Has a natural curiosity and enjoys digging into and solving problems
  • Willingness to actively engage with clients and leads
  • Thinks fast and enjoys being active
  • Tech savvy... flip phones need not apply
  • Microsoft Excel: creating formulas, improving templates, formatting spreadsheets
  • 3 years of administrative support
  • Microsoft Office

Nice to have
  • Customer service scheduling/dispatching/logistics
  • Knack for Social Media Marketing
  • QuickBooks experience
