Maffei Services of Rowley, MA is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our office team. This Customer Service Representative (CSR) position earns $15 - $18/hr, depending on skills and experience. As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are on the front line of our company! You arrive each day determined to provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions and is one of the reasons our clients enjoy doing business with us. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail ensures that their needs are met.

Your primary responsibilities are to answer phones, respond to inquiries, and perform data entry. You are never bored, as there are always a variety of office tasks that you can help with. Always focused on learning more about the HVAC world and finding ways to help, your positive attitude makes you a pleasure to work with. You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping busy!


  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Phone skills
  • Basic computer proficiency

Any experience in the HVAC or home services industry would be a plus but is not required. We can train the right person on the industry-specific aspects of this job. Do you have excellent interpersonal skills? Are you service-oriented, patient, and able to empathize with others? Do you enjoy interacting with people on the phone and understand good phone etiquette? Are you organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively?
