Job Description

The company is looking to fill a superintendent role in the Spring/Summer for building 1-2 retail stores in the upstate New York area.

Requirements/Details:

5+ Years experience required in commercial small box retail, restaurant, or free-standing metal building new construction.
Contract work but can become a full-time position depending on performance.
Applicant must have reliable transportation
Have the ability to fluently read a set of plans.
Applicant must have experience in ground-up new construction and preferably projects involving civil/utilities.
Must be able to hit scheduling deadlines as these projects are completed in approximately 90-100 days.
Maintain a daily log of build-out progress
Coordinate all construction project activities and services across the construction team
