For Macopharma USA, located in DULUTH, Atlanta we are seeking a:      

Sales Administrator

The Sales Administration Team Leader includes a wide range of assignments and contacts, both internally as well as externally, puts a high demand on the employee’s ability to organize and prioritize the work. Good communication and interpersonal skills will be imperative in the interactions with customers, coworkers and our headquarter in France. Macopharma is a dynamic company in a dynamic market, which means that the ability to quickly adapt to new situations and work assignments is required.


Responsibilities include: 

  • Managing logistics for production planning with sales (forecasting) and operations in France (production and planned shipments)
  • Managing the importing of products including working with brokers and warehouse for transport
  • Managing product inventories at warehouse
  • Processing orders using JD Edwards software and managing dispatch and delivery to customers
  • Liaising with logistics service providers regarding customer orders and complaints
  • Responsible for customer invoicing daily;
  • Accounts Receivable including cash collections, posting payments in JD Edwards software and monthly reconciliation with accounting
  • Providing weekly/monthly account statement and invoice to customers as needed
  • Processing vendors invoices weekly for approval and payment
  • Monitoring invoice payments and following up overdue
  • Data entry with focus on attention and precise accuracy
  • Answering/Filtering incoming phone calls and efficiently dealing with customer inquiries
  • Providing administrative support to sales and various office duties such as document preparation, archiving of files etc.

Skills and requirements 

  • Experience in accounting/bookeeping
  • Experience with logistics management including imports
  • Experience with receiving and processing customer orders
  • Strong customer service skills are a must
  • Must have an understanding of sales order processing, international logistics and import procedures
  • Must be adept at data entry
  • Intermediate or advanced JD Edwards, Outlook, MS Word and Excel skills including use of Pivot Tables
  • Professional attitude and adaptability
  • High level accuracy and attention to detail
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and articulate manner
  • Fluency in English
