Macedonia FACE is a faith-based non-profit community outreach of Macedonia Church in the Hill District of Pittsburgh, PA. As an organization, Macedonia FACE is committed to living out its mission by supporting families in the community.Responsible for the daily supervision and operations within the Macedonia FACE Family Engagement Services (FES) unit, the FACT (Family and Community Teaming) Supervisor provides direct supervision and oversight of the Family Coordinators, along with the supervision to the Program Assistant and Lifeline Services, as needed. The FACT Supervisor will supervise the activities, deliverables, training, mentoring and performance coaching for the staff who deliver FACT services.

members are adherent to the Conferencing & Teaming model, i.e. observing home visits; conferences; contacting families and teaming meetings to provide measurable and clinical feedback. Resolve complaints made by families/clients and stakeholders with collaboration of Program Manager.Provide job performance oversight and feedback to staff.
Assist with staff training and facilitating unit meetings; attend professional meetings and trainings. Handle crisis calls with the assistance of the Program Manager. Provide weekly and quarterly assurance checks on files and unit paperwork (meeting deadlines).
Provide guidance with cases and give feedback and recommendations (safety/engagement). Coordinate special projects/activities with other units or community partners.Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in social science, education, or related fields required; Master's Degree preferred Minimum 3 years' experience with children and families Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory/team leader role Life/work experience must demonstrate commitment to children and families Respect for family traditions, cultural and racial diversity is essential Familiarity with the Hill District and surrounding area resources in Allegheny County and community service providers is preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with organizational skills Act 33, 34 and FBI clearances required Valid PA driver's license, clean driving record, insurance, and registration requiredMacedonia FACE is currently experiencing continued growth, and is an essential service provider designated by Allegheny County Department of Human Services and the PA Department of Health
