As the Company evolves to meet the competitive demands of today’s marketplace, we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

  • Order entry and processing of customer purchase orders into MacPherson’s ERP system. We process various types of orders - warehouse orders, vendor drop-ship orders, kit orders, and special promotional orders. Must follow order guidelines as designated and work with the sales team to ensure accuracies such as pricing and ship dates.

  • Handling customer service inbound calls. Answering phone calls from our customers and end-users for new orders, stock checks, order tracking, product questions, or new business inquiries.

  • Working with B2B customers and vendors by telephone and email on a daily basis.

  • Collaborating with our sales team to provide an excellent customer experience.

  • Handling of new credit and claim requests on our orders. Issuing credits for damages, shortages, or initiating returns.

  • Working with our freight broker and carriers to investigate the status of delayed or missing orders.

  • Drop-ship order and pricing reconciliation. Ensuring vendor data and MacPherson’s PO match quantities and pricing.

  • Partner with the proper company departments to resolve issues and various requests that come from our customers, account managers, and end-users as needed for resolution as appropriate.

  • Accurately communicate order information, policies, and procedures.
    Assist with clearing Canadian orders through customs.

 

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience 2-3+ yrs
  • High School diploma and relevant work experience required
  • Self-starter and highly motivated
  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system knowledge
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Proficient in Gsuite
  • Good analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Flexible individual who is a team player
  • Curious nature and critical thinker
  • Spanish speaking a plus

This is a full-time position that will work remotely, preferably west coast time zone. If not on the west coast time zone, this position will keep west coast hours. Minimal travel may will be required for on-site team meetings and training.
