Parts & Service Administrative Assistant

Mac-Tech Inc is seeking a detail-oriented individual with accurate data entry skills, professional phone etiquette, and organizational ability to join our team! We are a fun, small business in the manufacturing industry looking for someone that has relevant experience and can hit the ground running.

Responsibilities will include:

• Answering and directing phone calls
• Preparing parts and service quotes, orders, and invoices
• Order entry
• Scheduling appointments
• Filing, typing, scanning
• Accounts payable/receivable entry
• Assist the service department in other delegated tasks

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience
• Knowledge of CRM, and Microsoft Dynamics a plus
• Knowledge of MS Office and QuickBooks (or equivalent) is a must
• Great phone etiquette
• Dependable
• Positive personality
• Customer service oriented
• Ability to multitask
• High attention to detail
