(Wide Format Print-Graphics sales experience highly preferred, along with full product and specifications understanding)


The Account Manager responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success and drive business growth. Travel to client locations will be required in order to develop positive relationships and support customers’ needs, as well as generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Account Manager primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Identify and develop prospective customers in the Wide Format Print-Graphics industry
  • Develop and execute a sales territory business plan
  • Identify customer product needs and successfully recommend value added solutions that will improve processes and profitability
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Collaborate with equipment and consumable suppliers to target, assess, present and close sales business deals
  • Participate in product and sales training
  • Provide timely communication and unmatched customer service
  • Work effectively and collaboratively with customer service and operations departments
  • Perform administrative duties, such as budgeting, reporting or other standard operating procedures that may be required
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Work with credit team and/or management to open and establish new accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong customer business relationships
  • Stay informed of market conditions, product innovations and the competitive landscape
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, penetrate existing accounts, retain, and grow existing business
  • Review and analyze reporting, including special order requests, customer bid files, and sales/gross profit margin data
  • Work effectively with location management and sales teams
  • Regularly visit customers at their business location to facilitate a successful and knowledgeable sales relationship

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven track record delivering on defined sales objectives
  • Wide Format Print-Graphics sales experience highly preferred, along with full product and specifications understanding
  • B2B consultative sales experience with successful track record of sales and territory growth
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills
  • Strong initiative and a self-starter
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Competitive, self-confident and growth oriented
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions for customer needs
  • Ability to effectively utilize technology for order entry systems and responding to customers through email, text, voicemail
  • Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • 2-4 years of proven account management or selling experience

Education Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or combination of equivalent experience and training

  • Regularly required to sit, walk, and stand; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to type; operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, insurable driving record and be able to drive repeatedly throughout the workday including stopping and entering/exiting various customer establishments.
  • This position includes both Louisiana and Texas markets.
  • Travel of up to 100% may be required to support success in the role.

  • Employees work under typical office conditions, but due to travel, driving, and customer visits, responsibilities will be exposed to weather and typical driving conditions.
