Title Search & Examiner

MVP National Title is looking for energetic and self-motivated individual to join our team of title agents. We're currently looking for a Title Search & Examiner for our Franklin/Greenwood offices.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Search Johnson and Marion County properties to determine the condition of title and the effect of all deeds, mortgages, easements, liens, assessments, probates and other conveyances and encumbrances.
• Verifies and makes minor changes in legal descriptions to ensure complete coverage of property.
• Completes updates
• Determines whether a particular item should be included or eliminated from the title examination and when in doubt, solicits assistance from department manager or other appropriate levels of personnel.
• Training available for user friendly software Qualia
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in real estate title work, examination and county searches required.
• Prior Title industry experience preferred.
