Qualify and Transfer Education Advisor
We are seeking part-time Qualify and Transfer employees who are energetic and motivated Education Advocates to join the MVA Solutions family.
As an Education Advocate, you will assist admissions advisors by qualifying prospects and transferring or providing the best solution(s) for the call. The primary goal is to provide high quality, accurate, and time-sensitive service to our customers.
The Education Advocate will be trained to provide solutions on a one-call resolution model. There will be an emphasis on knowledge, compliance, problem solving, and adherence to standards and procedures.
Our hours of operation are:
Monday – Thursday 7 a.m. to 7:45 p.m. MST
Friday – Saturday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. MST
Part-time: $12 an hour minimum starting rate depending on experience
After 90 days: Review of performance
Responsibilities and Expectations
We are looking for individuals who possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability and motivation to learn and succeed.
You must have excellent communication skills with the goal of anticipating the needs of the callers. With these skills, you will build a rapport with each customer to resolve customer requests on the first contact.
Educating customers about the services our clients provide is paramount to your and our success.
We require you to balance your time and operate with efficiency to ensure you achieve expected performance levels and meet established goals and objectives.
With your solid technical skills, you will efficiently navigate through systems / websites to maximize time to respond and resolve the service requests of our prospects.
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
Minimum of one year of customer service is preferred but not required
Excellent written, verbal, active listening, and interpersonal skills required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook Office required.
