- General office duties: answer phone calls, emails, chats and handle the mail.
- Review and approve weekly invoices
- Follow up with Notary Companies on the status of the delivery of the original documents.
- Heavy scanning/printing of documents.
- Create, process, and maintain electronic and paper files.
- Retrieve records on request and forwarding these to relevant parties.
- Maintain file cabinet logs to track the location of files.
- Greet visitors
- Additional responsibilities as needed.
- Strong MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
