  • General office duties: answer phone calls, emails, chats and handle the mail.
  • Review and approve weekly invoices
  • Follow up with Notary Companies on the status of the delivery of the original documents.
  • Heavy scanning/printing of documents.
  • Create, process, and maintain electronic and paper files.
  • Retrieve records on request and forwarding these to relevant parties.
  • Maintain file cabinet logs to track the location of files.
  • Greet visitors
  • Additional responsibilities as needed.


  • Strong MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word).
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.25 per hour
