  • Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in HVAC sales or a related field, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of HVAC systems and terminology preferred, with the ability to learn and effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
