Do you offer a sign on bonus? NO, we do not want to lure you away, nor start off our relationship as a potential member of our family with offering you a bonus that is difficult if not impossible to achieve. We would much rather take that money and reward you week in and week out for your hard work, time and effort.
Do you pay for delays? YES, we pay for any delay over two hours at pick up and or delivery. In addition, we also pay you for any breakdown that lasts over 1 hour.
Do you offer tarp pay? YES, although the vast majority of all loads do not apply tarping.
Do you offer a 401K match? YES, you are fully vested after one year of employment and the company matches up to 4%. We want you to retire from MTS.
What type of work do you offer? We have local, regional, and OTR available. It’s all about what you want and are willing to do. In the event you have tanker and or Hazmat endorsements, let us know, we have that work available as well.
