MTM, Inc. continues to grow and we are seeking an IT Service Desk Provisioning Analyst

The IT Service Desk Provisioning Analyst is an individual with strong experience working in a team-oriented environment. This position will be responsible for assisting MTM employees with user account provisioning both with account creation and modification as well as defining role based accesses controls. The IT Service Desk Provisioning Analyst will also be responsible for monitoring the ticketing queue and handling those tickets and working to improve and maintain a role based access model as well as conducting quality and process audits.

This position can sit at our office in Chesterfield or Lake Saint Louis, MO

Responsibilities:

  • Provides direct support for access administration (provisioning, de-provisioning, access control and reviews, etc.)
  • Define Role Based Access Controls (RBAC) and assist with the implementation and ongoing maintenance to support role based access
  • Provides support for escalations to the Desktop Services teams
  • Monitor Service Desk ticketing system; promptly respond and resolve user questions and problems where related to account provisioning
  • Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in a manner that can be used as a guide to other members of IT
  • Work as a team player to help accomplish goals and complete projects
  • Provide support to end users on a variety of IT systems
  • Identify, research and resolve IT technical problems
  • Respond to Business Users telephone calls and email request/tickets for service
  • Document, track and monitor provisioning tickets to ensure a timely resolution
  • Provide follow up and ensure that business users are satisfied with provisioning ticket resolutions

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2 year associates degree/applicable certifications preferred
  • 1-3 years IT support related experience
  • In depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Applications (office)
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Basic understanding of PowerShell scripting preferred
  • Experience with Remote Desktop Services preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

  • Good understanding of Role Based Access Control (RBAC)
  • Familiar with NTFS file share permissions and Exchange account management
  • Well versed with Access Management principles: segregation of duties analysis, access reviews and compliance and privileged user management
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously from access requests to problem tickets
  • Attention to detail and strong adherence to documented processes
  • Strong time and self-management skills
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
  • Commitment to providing and maintaining the highest level of customer service
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize assigned projects, Service Desk tickets and emails
