Our locally owned appliance repair company is looking for a reliable and competent Customer Service Representative who can assist customers with appliance issues and scheduling. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering incoming calls from our customers and helping them schedule an appointment with our technicians to repair their appliance. The successful candidate will be required to develop a comprehensive understanding of our policies and be a quick thinker and multi-tasker. This position is a prime opportunity to develop your professional skills and knowledge of all facets of running a business as you will gain exposure to a broad range of responsibilities. Must be able to work M-F between the hours of 7am and 5pm.
Reliable and Self-Motivated individual
High school diploma/GED required
Punctual and Detail Oriented
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong sense of professionalism and discretion required
Organized and Efficient Customer Service - Be able to provide that Aloha spirit to fellow employees and customers
Assist in creating ways for delivering excellent customer service to difficult customers
Update the company database by inputting information from each call and keeping every customer field current
Help support technicians in the field
Work on special short-term projects to assist in the growth of the company
Accept additional responsibilities as you develop
