Job Description
We are representing a leading construction company that is searching for a Sr. Project Superintendent in northern New Jersey.
Job Requirements:
- Ten (10) years minimum of construction field experience with an increasing level of responsibility and a solid understanding of construction practices, means, and methods.
- BS in Engineering, Construction Management, related degree, or relevant experience
- Commercial construction experience preferred in markets including healthcare, education, corporate, government, multi-family, sr. living, industrial & manufacturing.
- Has a portfolio of completed projects where he or she can demonstrate previous success in delivering projects on time, within budget, safely, to the highest standards of craft quality, and profitably.
- Engineering certifications are a plus.
