Job Description
We are representing a leading construction company that is searching for a Project Executive in northern New Jersey.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of ten years experience in preconstruction services and project management directly managing project values of $10M or more.
- Minimum five (5) years of direct people management experience required.
- Commercial construction experience preferred in markets including healthcare, education, corporate, government, multi-family, sr. living, industrial & manufacturing.
- BS in Civil Engineering (or other engineering programs) or BS in Construction Management or Business is strongly preferred.
- Has a portfolio of completed projects where he or she can demonstrate previous success in delivering projects on time, within budget, safely, to the highest standards of craft quality, and profitably.
- Has a preconstruction and project development background.
