Product Development Engineering Manager

We are working with one of the leading manufacturers of solar PV mounting systems in North America. They deliver racking and mounting solutions for residential, commercial and utility scale applications with a focus on product innovation and customer satisfaction.

As they continue to build the team, we have been asked to help identify a Product Development Engineering manager to support and complete the next generation of product development projects and initiatives. This person will help provide strong leadership to the Engineering team which designs and develops solar PV and racking mounting solutions for IPPs, Developers and Utilities.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related field; Mechanical Engineering preferred
• 5 years of relevant experience leading a product development team.
• Experienced with Scrum and Agile methodologies in Project development and delivery.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 5%.

Salaray Range: $90-$120K depending on experience + incentives.
