Our client provides America with many well-known household brands you can find throughout your kitchen. Due to this success, they are expanding and need to hire an Operational Excellence Manager as they continue with TPM implementation.
In this role you will oversee and help expand the implementation of TPM (Total Performance Management). You will work directly with Plant Manager as a change agent and coach. As part of the leadership team, you will also help train and develop to build a high-performance work team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Five+ years of supervisory experience
- Experience implementing TPM
- Manufacturing experience is required, Food & Beverage experience (preferred)
- BS or BA degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field required
