We are searching for their next Sr Human Resource Manager in the Winamac, IN area.
What do you need to succeed?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years of experience in management level within a manufacturing environment.
- SPHR or SHRM-SPC is preferred but not required.
- Prior experience within a unionized manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- HRIS experience with Ceridian Dayforce.
