We are looking for a highly competent and dependable Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a successful experience over the phone. The position requires ability to handle high-call volume with accuracy and courtesy. The job requires a strong background in customer service, providing customers with information and offering problem solving solutions over the phone. The position is based out of our offices located in Merriam, KS. - Kansas City, MO suburb.

We provide vehicle service contracts (frequently referred to as extended warranties), maintenance contracts, paintless dent repair, lease wear coverage and more.

Required Core Qualifications

  • Wide breadth of customer service experience over the phone
  • Great problem solving skills
  • Outstanding oral and written communications skills
  • Prior experience in customer service preferred
  • Ability to learn and comprehend product knowledge
  • High competency in effective customer service
  • Strong proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office applications


  • High School Diploma required
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
