Role Overview

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for networking, building relationships and ultimately utilizing their knowledge of our clients’ products and services to connect with decision makers at all levels of a target organization. Working on a variety of campaigns, Inside Sales Representatives generate and qualify new leads as well as set appointments for our clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Respond to inbound prospect inquiries in a timely manner

· Learn and maintain comprehensive knowledge of client’s products and services

· Display strong motivation to meet weekly goals and KPIs as set forth by management team

· Track daily, weekly, and monthly outreach activity and campaign progress

· Communicate and collaborate with client and their internal sales team

· Complete work with minimal oversight

· Demonstrate flexibility in a high-growth environment where things change quickly

· Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

Engagement Parameters

· Maintain strong working relationships with employees throughout the organization to support a culture of teamwork and achievement

· Responsible for participating in department and company meetings to review goals and recognize achievements

Education and Experience

· High school diploma or state equivalency certification required; college degree preferred

· 1-2 years of B2B sales experience

· Experience in a Call Center environment preferred

Skills and Knowledge

· Excellent oral and written communication skills required

· Experience with Windows based PCs, including general office software knowledge required

· Experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Hubspot and/or Zoho strongly preferred
