You understand Monster Cravings is dedicated to delivering a customer experience that’s unlike any other. It starts with you baking and prepping the cookies to perfection. Every day is an opportunity for you to turn a customer into a life long patron. In this role, you will work part-time independently as part of a team.

• Ability to deliver great customer experiences in any environment and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction.
• Strong communication skills that let you converse as freely and comfortably with small groups as with individual customers.
• Kitchen/bakery knowledge

Description

As a Baker, you will be expected to bake and prep cookies. Responsibilities also include dishwashing and cleaning up your work station.

**Additional Pay: Bakers get a portion of daily tip out amount

Pay $15-$16 depending on experience and performance

are seeking a Baker to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for baking and prepping cookies.

Responsibilities:

• Bake cookies
• Prepare dough
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Prepare cater orders
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints
• Maintain clean kitchen area
• Wash and clean all equipment used

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in kitchen, prep, line cook, or other related fields preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Availability to work early morning shifts
• Must be willing to work early morning hours
