We are looking for a Freelance CRM Email Marketing Manager with Salesforce experience who will collaborate with marketing teams to execute CRM strategies, including customer journeys and ongoing nurturing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
As a data informed marketer, you’ll have the opportunity to analyze and report results that will drive further optimization for email performance and continually enhance customer experiences.
- Provide subject matter expertise for all Salesforce Marketing Cloud needs
- Build email campaigns that use conversion tracking and UTM parameters
- Build dynamic content as needed
- Conduct A/B testing
- Build cloud pages for surveys and forms as needed
- QA test emails including Litmus testing
- Ensure email best practices are followed and optimized for accessibility
- Using SessionM, build audience segments and upload to SFMC
- Set up journeys using Journey Builder and use data to inform trigger email strategy and schedule campaigns
- Provide troubleshooting and weekend/holiday support as needed
- Manage data extensions in Salesforce
- Set up and maintain email reporting dashboards and list growth tracking
- 3-5 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud automation for email marketing campaigns
- Experience using SessionM for data migration
- Demonstrated experience creating journeys using Journey Builder
- Available for long-term freelance
Compensation: $55-$65/hr Non-Exempt
The actual compensation offered will depend on a variety of factors, including applicant’s qualifications, years of relevant experience and geographic location.
