Part Time Apartment Maintenance Technician (Los Feliz)

Residential Management Company looking to hire a part time Maintenance Technician. 2 days a week, approx 5-10 hours per week. 

The applicant must have plenty of maintenance experience to be considered for this position.

Schedule: 2 days per week- flexible on days 

Payrate: $24 -$30 depending on experience and speed/skill level

This position is for the Los Feliz Plaza Apartments located at: 3949 Los Feliz Boulevard Los Angeles, CA 90027

Paid Holidays, Vacation Time offered after a specified period of Employment has been completed

Emergency On Call: Must be available to respond to maintenance emergency calls outside of regular work hours

Applicant Must Possess the following skills:

- Must be professional and friendly with a good attitude, this position requires a lot of interaction with residents

- Must own a vehicle and be able to drive to different apartment buildings within the Los Angeles / Geographical Area - Mileage compensation provided for travel during work hours

- In depth knowledge of Plumbing: Possess skills to find the source of leak quickly and accurately, repair broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures

- Plumbing: Understanding of plumbing and the ability to install plumbing fixtures which include garbage disposals, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, faucets, snaking clogged pipes - Knowledge of drywall work, painting, patching, caulking and grout work
