JR Customer Service Representative **ASAP START**

We are immediately seeking to hire a Junior Customer Service Representative to train on our Customer Service Team. A mentor will be assigned to you with the responsibility of your individual training and development. The Management Staff maintains an open door policy for additional support on a daily basis.

Primary Functions:

  • Assist customers through the sales process

  • Clearly communicate the details of promotional packages offered on behalf our clients

  • Actively engage with potential customers and build rapport with them

  • Retain current customer base and initiate conversations about updated promotions since their initial purchase

  • Resolve any concerns, questions or confusion about the packages offered with professionalism and clear communication

  • Offer recommendations based on the customer’s preferences

  • Adapt product presentations to each audience

  • Become an industry expert on each of our clients’ brands

Education Level:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
