We are looking for a Industrial Maintenance Technician & Fabricator to contribute to the overall success of MK Fluidic Systems. You will work with the engineering and production team to make our production processes easier and more efficient, along with diagnosing and repair of mechanical and electrical problems to equipment.

Responsibilities: Includes the following:
Adjustments, installations, fabrications and modifications of equipment to maintain or improve safety and quality of operational conditions or equipment efficiency.
Electrical Skills, remove and replace major electrical components (such as motors, switch/control gear) and troubleshoot compact electrical circuits safely. Able to isolate machinery and re-install electrical supplies for machinery components.
Under general supervision and with on-going review, this position supports the engineering staff in the analysis, investigation and resolution of routine engineering problems of limited scope.
Assignments are for small projects or phase(s) of larger projects(s) and are normally outlined in terms of specific engineering activities.
Documents findings and implemented solutions, and communicates results to project engineering & quality staff, contacts are primarily internal within the team.
As the Maintenance Technician, you will maintain and repair production and facility equipment including electrical, hydraulics, automated machinery, and pneumatic systems.
Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic blueprints and schematics.
Be proficient in troubleshooting and repairing manual and automated machinery.
Operate mills, lathes, welders and other equipment to perform repairs, and fixtures.
Change filters, motors, and check pressure gauges on equipment and machines.
Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.
Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listen for problems
