We need a Operations expert for a fast growing company!

We need a leader who is hands on and enjoys a small warehouse leadership role. This role has a small team reporting and a 4 day a week schedule.

We pride ourselves in our extensive line of products and the best customer service satisfaction guarantee in the industry. Because of our recent and planned growth, we are hiring an Operations Supervisor at our Distribution Center, located in South Austin.

Job Summary • Supervise and assist in warehouse and office operations at the Distribution Center, ensure daily processes are followed and completed. Work/communicate with delivery carrier to ensure customer orders are delivered according to schedule. Support retail stores with inventory and customer service questions.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities • Opening the warehouse at the designated start time. • Closing/securing the distribution center at the designated closing time. • Supervise inventory control on all product entering and exiting the warehouse. • Provide customer service support for delivery teams, stores, and customers, via phone, email and in person. • Assist with customer delivery truck load out, ensuring load out are accurate. • Process returns to vendor items, both paperwork and physical product. • Process daily delivery/order selection tickets. • Process store transfer paperwork, both outgoing and incoming. • Perform daily order completion after deliveries are complete. • Maintain a clean, safe organized warehouse. • Manage warehouse inventory by performing cycle counts, spot counts and year-end physical inventory counts. • Supervise and participate in daily workflow of warehouse, maximize time and efficiencies with receiving product, order selection and stocking. • Train warehouse, delivery team members as needed. • Assist with customer pickups ensuring product is pulled correctly and is safely secured on their vehicle. • Routing and scheduling orders on DispatchTrack/STORIS Skills and Abilities • Able to lead warehouse team members. • Strong problem-solving skills, basic business, accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills. • Must be skilled in use of Excel Spreadsheets and MS Word. • Must be self-assured, detail oriented, analytical, and a team-oriented member.
