The Account and Implementation Management Teams provide a wide range of services to Mindbody customers who wish to engage with a single-point-of-contact for their account and technical management needs. The team also provides support for multiple types of one-time project engagements from onboarding to mass data changes within the software.

A Customer Implementation Manager (CIM) serves as a customer’s coordinator/project manager by providing support to customers for project-managed onboarding and implementation, along with onetime engagement project engagements. The CIM gains an understanding of a customer’s business model to make recommendations for set up, configure customer sites, and provide suggestions on best practices. A CIM is responsible for both the management and implementation of assigned customer projects, such as training, site changes, or reporting assistance. CIM’s may provide consults for Professional Services products, as needed.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Three (3) years of related customer service experience or technical support role
• Two (2) years of experience in a Mindbody technical role is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to interact with colleagues and customers in a tactful and professional manner and recognizes the importance of building professional and positive working relationships
• Ability to mitigate and take ownership of customer escalations
• Ability to manage customer expectations and facilitate win-win situations
• Ability to interact with all levels of internal customers from front-line staff to senior level leadership
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to prioritize and use time effectively and efficiently. Ability to meet internal and external deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate in a clear, concise and understandable manner, additionally when providing technical concepts to a nontechnical audience
• Ability to provide training to customers
• General knowledge of and ability to use and navigate web and mobile technologies
• Proficiency with hardware installation and settings
• Ability to facilitate change management with their point of contact (POC) and/or the customer’s organization
• Ability to use the basic functions and features within Microsoft and Google platforms
